SULLIVAN COUNTY — March 29, 2013 — From December into March, The Democrat covered more than 30 boys’ and girls high school basketball games, including each of the 15 teams at least once. We observed a lot of great individual players as well as some excellent teams.
From our coverage and after reviewing statistics and speaking with several coaches, we have pulled together our annual All-Star team.
