Town of Liberty Parks and Recreation offers its spring 2010 programs

LIBERTY — March 23, 2010 — The Town of Liberty is now offering its spring 2010 programs.
For more information about the following programs, please call the Town of Liberty Parks and Recreation office at 292-7690.
Youth programs are as follows: Registration for the Liberty Warriors youth cheerleading and tackle football teams for children in second through sixth grade.
The annual Easter Egg hunt will be held at noon on Saturday, March 27 for children ages 1 to 8.
The MLB Pitch, Hit and Run competition will be held on Tuesday, May 18. It is for boys and girls ages 7 to 14.
The Liberty Youth Mountain Biking Club and afterschool arts and crafts for children in Kindergarten through fourth grade.
All age programs are as follows:
Sankofa Dancing, Sullivan County Golf and Country Club Card and a four-day, three-night Washington D.C. bus trip from June 10 to June 13.
Adult programs are as follows: 40-and-Over Open Gym.
The Town of Liberty Parks and Recreation Department is also accepting pavilion reservations for its pavilions at Hanofee Park. Pavilions are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserve your pavilion today.
Registration for spring 2010 programs for Town of Liberty residents began yesterday and registration for non-Town of Liberty residents will begin on Monday, March 29.
