She was born on April 25, 1920 in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Victor and Lillian Braun Moller. She married Elroy S. Krum in 1946 and he predeceased her in 1967.
Catherine was a longtime member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid in Jeffersonville. She leaves to cherish her memories her children: Loy Kimmes and her husband, Roger, of Swan Lake, NY; Wendy Christiansen and her husband, Tom, of Newton, NJ; and Roy Krum and his wife, Ivonne, of Panama City, Panama; her grandchildren: Adam and Gena Kimmes of Kingston, NY; Kathryn Christiansen of Philadelphia, Pa.; Emily Christiansen of Newton, NJ; and Roy Krum of Panama City, Panama; her sister, Edna Edge of Endwell, NY; her brother, Arthur Moller of Jeffersonville, NY; and her many nieces and nephews.
Catherine was predeceased by her husband, Elroy S. Krum; her longtime companion, Steve Falcigno; and her sister, Virginia Keesler.
There will be a memorial service in the Spring to celebrate her life.
Memorial contributions in Catherine’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, NY, 845-482-4280.
