Eleanor B. Dubinbaum
Retired Sales Promotion Employee, 102

Eleanor Bremmer Dubinbaum, a longtime resident of Youngsville, NY, died Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the Francis E. Parker Memorial Home in New Brunswick, NJ.
Mrs. Dubinbaum was born on November 7, 1909 in Scotland to Robert and Isabella (Hood) Bremmer and lived her early years in South Africa.
She came to the USA in 1919, and spent her youth in Morris County, NJ. She was a retired sales promotion employee based in New York City for Warner-Lambert Pharmaceutical Company of Morristown, NJ.
Her husband, Arthur Dubinbaum, predeceased her in 1998.
A private burial service is planned.
Arrangements are by the Quackenboss Funeral Home, 156 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ, 732-545-0008.

Ruby E. McKenzie

Ruby E. Scott McKenzie of Napanoch, a homemaker and lifelong resident of the area, died Monday, May 14, 2012 at the Sullivan County Adult Care Center in Liberty. She was 96.
The daughter of the late William Chancellor Scott and Edith B. Scott, she was born October 7, 1915 in Thompson Ridge. She was the widow of George McKenzie who predeceased her on May 8, 1985.
Ruby was a member of the Napanoch Senior Citizens and the Napanoch Senior Bowling League, as well as a volunteer for the Ellenville First Aid Rescue Squad and the Ellenville Hospital Auxiliary.
She is survived by four sons: George W. McKenzie and his wife, Sharon, of Gahanna, OH, James R. McKenzie and his wife, Winnie, of Kingston, Richard McKenzie and his wife, Sue, of Dalzell, SC, and Thomas McKenzie and his wife, Joanne, of Peculiar, MO; five daughters: Elizabeth “Betty” Reiners and her husband, Bob, of So. Meriden, CT, Judith VanInwegen of Cape Coral, FL, Nancy Grund and her husband, Bill, of Narrowsburg, Joan Gregory and her husband, Butch, of Monticello and Nina Sullivan of Milford, PA; 17 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter: Rita, a brother: Chancellor, and a sister: Dorothy.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, May 18 from 4-7 p.m. at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at the Walker Valley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550 or to the Sullivan Co. Adult Care Center in Liberty.
