Patricia ‘Pat’ Villardi-Mosello
Co-owner, Villardi Realty, 75

Patricia “Pat” Villardi-Mosello of Pembroke Pines, Fla. and a former longtime resident of Monticello, passed away suddenly on February 27, 2011 in Pembroke Pines. She was 75.
She was born on July 15, 1935 in Harlem, and grew up in the Bronx, until she moved to Monticello in 1969.
She worked in Gager’s Diner on the night shift for many years before opening her Real Estate company, Villardi Realty, with her late husband Louie “Nunu” Mosello.
Always a generous, hard working and caring woman, she will be greatly missed by her daughter, Francesca Villardi-Tillem, son-in-law Brad Tillem, granddaughters Victoria and Sarah of Pembroke Pines, Fla., and many close friends and business associates.
The family will be having a graveside service at Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery, Liberty at 10 a.m. on Saturday July 9, 2011.

Memorial for Sunna Rausch

Sunna Cooper Rasch of Monticello, NY, died peacefully May 26, 2011 in West Chester, PA surrounded by her family.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. at Temple Sholom, Dillon Road, Monticello, NY.
