Keith A. Carlsen, 51
May 10, 1960 - December 17, 2011

Keith A. Carlsen, 51, of Leesburg, VA died at his boyhood home in Grahamsville, NY, on Saturday morning, December, 17, 2011 after a year and a half battle with cancer.
The son of Frank and the late Beverley J. Allen Carlsen, he was born on May 10, 1960 in Loomis, NY. He spent his career working in the telephone and computer industries.
Keith is survived by one son, Brian, and his wife Danielle of Livingston Manor, NY; three brothers, Kurt and his wife Kim of Grahamsville, NY, Gary and his wife Deb of Galway, NY, and Dale and his wife Tammy of Hurleyville, NY, and his father of Grahamsville; also a grandson; a granddaughter; an aunt; an uncle; and several nieces and nephews.
At Keith’s request there will be no services or visitation and cremation will be at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan County, 800 Stony Court, Newburgh, NY 12550.
Arrangements were made by Loucks Funeral Home, 79 North Main St., Ellenville, NY.

Alan J. Muthig, 64
December 13, 1946 - December 9, 2011

Alan J. Muthig of Liberty, NY, died Friday, December 9, 2011 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. He was 64.
The son of the late Grant and Loretta Bertholf Muthig, he was born December 13, 1946 in Liberty.
Survivors include one sister, Janet Naumovitz of Rensselaer, NY; two nieces, Jill Naumovitz of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Beth Naumovitz of Rensselaer; one nephew, Adam Naumovitz and his wife Laura of Castleton, NY; two great-nephews, Grant and Colby and one great-niece, Stella.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in the Rural Cemetery, Route 55, Grahamsville, NY. Father John Lynch will officiate.
Memorial contributions in Alan’s name may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Finance Dept., 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016.

Marc David Friedlander
Owner, M&I Garage Door Co., 57

Marc David Friedlander of Monticello, NY, the owner/operator of M&I garage door company and longtime area resident, died on Saturday, December 17, 2011. He was 57.
The son of Jack and Zelda Smirman Friedlander, he was born March 21, 1954 in Brooklyn.
He is survived by his two sons, Adam and Jesse Friedlander; his two sisters, Linda Seegull and her husband Ed of Boynton Beach, Fla. and Gypsy Friedlander of NYC; and his brother, Harry Friedlander and his wife of Emily of Costa Rica. Marc also leaves behind his longtime companion Cindy Madnick Martin and many loving nieces and nephews.
Marc was predeceased by his twin sister, Debbie Friedlander D’Angelo.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home Inc., 388 Broadway, Monticello, NY. Rabbi Michelle Medwin will officiate.
Burial will be in Temple Sholom Cemetery South Woods Rd., Monticello, NY.
