Donald Hallock, 79
Jan. 11, 1931 - July 6, 2010

Donald “Don” Hallock, 79, of Stevensville, Mont., passed away after an extended illness and pneumonia Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana.
Don was born January 11, 1931 in Forestburgh, New York to the late Raymond and Ida Hallock. 
He grew up in New York State and moved to Montana in 1976. Joyce and Don moved to Texas in 2005, returning to Montana in 2008. Don loved growing both flowers and a huge vegetable garden. He enjoyed landscaping and almost anything that involved moving and digging in dirt. He was a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.  He loved rock hounding, hunting and travel. He also enjoyed gospel and country music.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Eileen; parents; brothers, Sherwood and Douglas; and his grandson, Lee.
Surviving include his wife, Joyce of Stevensville, MT; daughters, Darlene and JoAnn Timmerhoff both of Missoula, MT; son, Brian of Corvallis, MT; granddaughters, Heather Christopherson of Ogden, UT., and Reigan Hallock of Corvallis, MT; grandsons, Nicholas, Aaron and Logan Timmerhoff all of Missoula, MT; great-grandson, Jackson Christopherson of Ogdon, UT; sisters, Christina Quick of Port Jervis, NY, Marjorie Hallock of Matamoras, PA, and Evelyn Hamilton of Barryville, NY.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 10, 2010 at the Corvallis Cemetery in Corvallis, MT.
