Division Record: 0-9 OCIAA Division IV

Top Players: Senior catcher Ryan Martin was the Indians’ top hitter during the 2004 season. He recorded a .437 batting average.

Season Highlight: “We won the last game of the season,” Coach Jim O’Connor said. “We hope to build on that victory for next season.”

Other: “We have a young team, we should have eight returning players next season,” O’Connor said. “We lost a lot of close games this season. We hope to play better next year.”
O’Connor noted that the team will miss the contributions of five graduating seniors. Those players are Derek Blume, Kyle Fleming, Brandon Klein, Martin and Corey Pazzalia.
At the recent Block L Athletic Banquet, O’Connor presented the 2004 Most Improved Player and Best Defensive Player awards. Fleming earned the Most Improved Player award, while Pazzalia was honored with the Best Defensive Player award.
