Season Highlight: “Probably the overall consistancy the team showed to get those 19 wins,” Coach Ed Kaufmann said. “And our sectional semifinal game against New Paltz. We won it 1-0 thanks to a triple followed by a squeeze bunt. Sam Lynch hit the triple and scored the run and Megan Drobysh got the bunt down.”
Season Lowlight: “Our 11-inning game with Cornwall,” Kaufmann said, referring to a 3-2 late season loss. “We had our chances to win that game. We had the winning run on base and didn’t score.”
